Marc Munroe Dion—award-winning veteran reporter and Pulitzer Price-nominated newspaper columnist—is an old-school newsman who fell out of a Frank Capra movie, complete with pipe and fedora. Dion’s column, “Living and Dion,” has appeared in The Herald News for 24 years.
